See, this, to me, is incoherent. Or rather: Why is this your attitude towards the Guardian, but not to the creationists and AGW deniers in the GOP? How are they not ‘the enemy’ to you?

Everything you’re talking about is in (frankly nutso sounding) emotional terms. How do you determine who ‘the enemy’ is?

The creationist isn’t the enemy because he and I are part of the same party. I don’t agree with the creationist on some issues, but on others we can cooperate. The Guardian is deeply and openly hostile to that party and is thus the enemy. With such an open enemy there can be no cooperation.
