From a Saint’s fight song from back in the 80’s when the Saints were decent. Along with the “Bentson Boogie” when the owner would dance around like one of the funeral bands in NOLa, with an umbrella.

“Hu Dat say, dey gonna beat dem Saints?
Hu dat? Hu dat?”

I think that’s where it came from.
