You could try this. Go to “Computer” and in the location bar type “ftp://ftp.mozilla.org” and hit enter. If that loads relatively fast then you could: double click on “pub” -> “firefox” -> “releases” -> “latest” -> “win32” -> “en-US”. Right click on the firefox setup file and copy it to your download folder or wherever you want to.
