If they do bill you at the OON percentage, call them. There’s a pretty good chance of getting it reviewed and adjusted to the network rate.

Should I wait until I actually receive the bill prior to calling them?

Or should I go ahead and call them anyways since it shows up in my list of Cigna claims anyways?
