Graham: 14th Amendment outdated

I don’t get this coming from Graham. I suppose it could just be pandering. But it’s not like his position is all that well received by his party. I mean, the idea of amending the constitution is an extreme reaction to an immigration problem.

I agree. But, the good news of it is that they accept that there is no end run around the 14th Amendment. But to change it strikes me as premature, I agree. We should try other enforcement mechanisms long before something that radical is considered.
