Interestingly, the Soviet Tsar Bomba bomb had an even greater yield than Castle BRAVO, but it created a great deal less fallout. Still, it was only ‘clean’ by the standards of H-Bombs.

Tsar Bomba was air dropped (highly modified Bear IIRC) whereas Castle Bravo was detonated on the ground. Lots of coral turned into radioactive ash to fall on the (Un) Lucky Dragon.
