As I watched the melee unfold yesterday, I did wonder this however, in the American criminal justice system murder has no statute of limitations, does accessory to murder? I would think not, and since Germany is charging this guy with 29,000 counts of accessory to murder, it would seem that they have no statute of limitations on it either.
