If he refused to serve based on race or other ‘protected minority’ status he would have been crucified. The language one speaks doesn’t fall into that category yet.

dont know…I wouldnt want to be him but maybe he has a legal out…that’s all I’m saying…he’s already taken the low road and it would be interesting to follow the story and see what come of it…
