Don’t get me wrong, I am not trying to run defense for him, but I am not going say “Obama ordered it” without further proof.

It is a lame fuck up, to be sure, and someone will take the blame for this in such a way that deflects the blame from the person in charge (Obama).

i’m saying he must have okay’d it. they’ve already id’d the scapegoat: a former Bush appointee.
