I’d keep the time restrictions but get rid of the distance provisions. Let them hate where they will, but not when they are deliberately trying to abuse those who have lost a family member.

They aren’t crying “Fire” in a movie theater. They pose no threat other than being really big assholes. Anything else you would like to ban?

And yes, I am playing Devil’s Advocate here. Just trying to figure out what the limits are. At what point does disgustingly distasteful become restricted?
