Since Christianity is far-and-away the majority religion in the USA, what’s to stop all Christians in the Post Office (or anywhere) to simply claim their employer is encroaching on their free exercise of religious faith, and all demand to have Sunday off?

It’s a horseshit argument, the nature of the work in the Post Office necessitates working on weekends and holidays, unlike a Chick-Fil-A

For that, I read that Thomas “Stonewall” Jackson would never mail a letter that would still be underway on a Sunday as he did not want to contribute to others violating the Lord’s Day.
