The F-102 sat alert pad at Udorn RTAFB in northeast Thailand in 1967. I worked on the armament systems of the F and TF-102A in northern Texas in 1968 at a training base. Maintained the systems and performed phase dock maintenance. Certified all three load crew positions and uploaded and downloaded live missiles and rockets. Also uploaded and downloaded the WISM (inert training missile). Pneumatic doors and launchers were a pain.

Stupid pilots washed out of training fast.
