Not the worst incident in my case. I was at a friends house cooking a pot of mushrooms, so I threw in a glass of the red wine we were drinking, thinking that would add flavour. After the host shrieked I clocked on that it was the expensive stuff, couple grand a bottle or so. Oops.

Yikes!

I would have no idea of the difference between a $50 bottle and a $1000 bottle.
