Considering “fighting words” is an accepted exception to the First Amendment, and the fact that I can’t see anything designed to incite violence more than people at a soldier’s funeral saying he deserved to die because of teh ghey……I’m good with the “ban.”

Look, I’m on your side on this, but I just wonder if “God hates Fags” qualifies as hate speech. You want it to be. I do to, but given the fact that God hasn’t weighed in on the subject, it’s open for discussion.

Again, I’ve got problems with the possible scope of the law.
