That’s a pretty good idea, except that the NFL has these traditions to uphold, like the Turkey day massacre of the Lions.

If the NFL doesn’t moderize the schedule nobody will be watching thanksgiving day football in the future..They could also rotate the teams for prime time matchups on turkey day
