Trump blusters about actions but I find it difficult to believe that they will take these measures. On the other hand, one should never underestimate the evil that Trump will inflict on this nation. There is nothing in the Constitution that requires electors to be selected through an election; the Constitution states
A Republican legislature could specify that a slate of Republican electors be selected regardless of the wishes of the electorate. Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, and Michigan all have Republican legislatures.
The thing is they have previously directed, by passing the election laws that govern the process currently. So they’d need to pass a new, superceding law. Dem govs not likely to sign.
