Germany is not wanting for holidays: they just had May 1st, May 25 is a holiday in most of Germany (Ascension) as is June 5th (Pentecost) and then June 15 ( Corpus Christi, at least in the Catholic parts of Germany)

Always wondered why would they name a holiday after a Town in Texas.

And when is the Feast of St. Lubbock?

We need a US Holiday between President’s Day and Memorial Day. 14 weeks between holidays is too long. Jefferson’s Birthday is April 13th. Need to make that a holiday here!
