W spoke a lot of Spanish here in Texas. The problem was you know how his mouth was where English words would go to die? Same with Spanish. His pronunciation was just good enough to be understood.

Luckily, though, Spanish speakers tend to be very encouraging, and appreciate people just trying to speak Spanish.
