If you’ve never thinned your hair before… think twice. Those short hairs grow out again and you will probably not be happy with the results.

I thin it all the time. I hadn’t in some time.

I used to show dogs so I have a pair of very high quality, $75, extremely fine tooth thinning shears. I usually start thinning about 5” from my scalp so I don’t have individual hairs standing up. This time wasn’t the first headache I have gotten from my hair. It was definitely the worst.
