Russia is probably pretty pissed that Ukraine is demanding the surrender of the Russian troops surrounded in Kherson. Russia requested a corridor so that they could be withdrawn and Ukraine said “nyet”.

This isn’t the first time Russia has violated their own agreements in this war. I don’t think they needed a reason.
