I’ll defer to you on this but the sources I found start with Frontpage but I found a direct link to the sermon in question at the archive for the ICI and two articles on William Baker at OCWeekly. Nothing really spectacular on the part of Sadullah Khan but one reference to Dr. Baker in said sermon.

I know very well about the appearances of William Baker in Irvine - I covered them at LGF, and they were disgusting. I do not deny that there is a radical Islamic presence in Irvine, not at all. You don’t need to convince me of that.
