It was a tweet where the number of characters is limited. Sure, he should have stated: 22k polish officers and intelligencia killed in Katyn forest massacre.

Yes, he was technically and factually incorrect.

You come along and claim that the number was only 4k without providing further explanation.

Now, if someone unfamiliar with the history comes along and reads both accounts. Which account would leave them with a more skewed version of events?
