Yesterday I went on a long ride on the Springwater trail. At the start of the ride, I saw cops walking the trail from two opposite ends, apparently trying to find a houseless camper. Further up the trail, I saw some guy in a giant truck who had somehow gotten his truck onto the trail and was driving head-on into bike traffic and I had to hop off the bike. No cops there.

I got one of them ticketed (I could see him out my apt. window). There should be a municipal position for complaints (with license plate numbers) to go to. If no ‘alternative transport’ person; cops.
