“Outrage” is just a word KT uses when he wants attention. He never uses it to mean what the dictionary says it means.

In this case, he’s using it to mean that someone saying Brook’s essay mistakes the central problem with the economy and laying out substantial criticisms is responding to it with ‘outrage’.
