I hate writing resumes. I suck at it. No, I’m really bad at it. I feel like tearing my hair out right now.
The trick is the action verbs and quantify everything you can. “Trained # new employees”, “Wrote # annual reports”, “Managed a staff of #”, “Oversaw growth of #%”, etc. Every line should start like that and you should be fine. Current responsibilities should be in present tense…
