Thanks for your response. I came across an old article last week that chronicles the rise of paleoconservatives, many of whom are racists, on the right. It mentions several of those who appear on Larison’s “recommended” list. I recommend it as background to the present. The author has since been drummed out of “polite” conservative circles.
