Personally, I feel that there are a lot of potential issues with the MCA and it has faced more than it’s share of legal obstacles because it was a poorly written piece of legislation. Also, moving him out of the tribunal now doesn’t mean you can’t put him back in one later unless I’m mistaken.

well that makes perfect sense doesn’t it?…I don’t think you understand what’s going on here…is moving a defendant from one venue to another and back, recharching him Constitutional?…what’s your beef with tribunals?
