No politicians will have seen it coming. Its a big topic here is San Diego. Based on the amount of criminal activity, your average American would be safer walking around downtown Bagdad than walking thru TJ. Of course, we still have commercials all over the place saying come down to beautiful Baja. Suckers the poor bastard tourists down there all the time.
