All right! The Lizard Collection’s copy of X-Men #1 came back from the CGC and it got a rating of 2.5, almost exactly what I predicted. The cover was pretty beat up, and even had a couple of small pieces missing. But the CGC also annotated it as “WHITE pages,” which is pretty rare for early Silver Age comics.

Still valuable, even with that relatively low rating, because there aren’t many copies in better condition and the white pages add to it considerably.
