I have to agree. I use carbon steel fry ware and love love love it. The key is proper seasoning, never wash with soap- hot water only. Always dry and a thin coat of oil if it’s going to sit for a while. My pans are as non-stick as coated aluminum.

all the stuff in the stores was silver. and a few other colors
no one had the beautiful black color i had seen and wanted so bad
