YouTube has a terms of use policy, and anyone can ask them to review any video at the entire site.

My personal opinion, after watching the “trailer” for this piece of shit, is that it should have been taken down for bigotry and hate speech a long time ago. But YouTube is a lot more tolerant of that kind of stuff than they should be.
