I’ve been reading resumes for six weeks now…had a couple of really crappy ones…one guy couldn’t even write a complete sentence for each company he worked for…three years at a job, and all you can muster is seven or eight words saying, “Performed some basic duties as an engineer.”? No, that guy didn’t get a phone call, and when the recruiter asked me why, I said, “Because he can’t take the time to fill out a resume.”

People forget that their resume or application is the FIRST interview they have with a company, and it had better make a good impression.
