I spent the whole weekend updating the CSS styles for my website, and now the new styles that I defined for the side and footer navigation bars have attached themselves to the inline links, making them basically unclickable. Here is the site.

Is there a reason you used “span” tags to set off blocks of content, rather than divs? I’ve always thought span tags were meant for inline content (e.g. highlighting words in a paragraph) as opposed to blocks.

As for the issue at hand, perhaps it has to do with the “display:block” attribute you have on your sidemenu links (i.e. they’re getting attached to all your other links as well). Try adding “display:inline” to the a:hover and a:active aspects of your other links (i.e. those in the “main” class).
