Nutter is a nut.

The city released their plans for our next contract agreement (due in June-July). If you read what they are putting on the table, you would be violently ill.

They want to take away four of our eleven holidays (including Veterans Day), and they want to be able to “furlough” personnel. basically, that means they can indiscriminately lay off officers for 30 days without pay or pension time credited … but they expect the furloughed officers to still come to work - for free!

Yeah, four officers murdered in 2008, and this is their gratitude.
