I avoid all artificial sweeteners, but that’s in part because I don’t like the taste (I include HFCS in there, too, but that stuff’s just nasty for you.) However, my mom’s a type one diabetic and therefore, it’s better for her to eat the Splenda than real sugar.
I think it has to be based on everyone’s lifestyle - I’d say moderation, always, in all things.
Have you tried stevia?
