Yeah it does depend on build. I’ve always been husky. Built more like a running back or linebacker more than a receiver or track runner.

I was rail-thin in high school — same height, but around 140 pounds. Post-college, I’m just a padded rail. I’ve been working to put on muscle, but that’s a slow process.
