The top 10 are owned by Murdoch. The viewership totals also blow away broadcast networks (on Thursday, not true usually for earlier in the week.)

America is in large part a right-wing nation, with pockets of elite liberalism (big coastal cities) and other pockets of old-fashioned (religious) black anti-white-nationalist polity.

Well okay. I get it. But cable viewership is such a small fraction of the population. Low single digit millions. It’s the loud minority
