I see a few key facts which are subject to evolution:

1. The Iranian Regime is unpopular but not atrophied or moribund. The basij remains an aggressive force.

2. The Iranian Army will not revolt.

3. The popular revolt is centered with the students. For my dollars or tail feathers I want a revolt to come from the farmers or the armed forces.

The smoke will clear tomorrow, the situation will be tense, the economy will get worse but the regime will not be toppled today.

I personally salute those bravely contesting for freedom.
