Asking a flight attendant to remove her prosthetic is insane and ridiculous. I’m hoping it’s just a matter of getting these new procedures ironed out and that some discretion be made by the agents.

For my dad, that’s likely what he’ll do. I can’t speak to the matter regarding my mother, and I need to leave things with her at that.
