I’m not sure the plan is to allow it to come back. He’s destroying the whole system long-term. It’s hard to come up with an other explaination, he’s not stupid. He and the rest of the political class will continue to party at our expense and make the rest of the electorate poor and dependent on government. There will be no money left to stop him. He can’t borrow these deficits, Japan and China don’t have the money. He’ll print Obama bucks, and inflation will set in. He’s harming not only the stock market but by reducing deductions he’ll further harm the housing markets and charities so no one will have assets or any where to turn but Daddy Obama.

This is frightening.
