We know that, but Joe Six-Pack doesn’t necessarily know that…the thing is, Dear Leader and the Donks are going to wind up pissing off their buddies in the UAW if the lion’s share of the CARS money goes to Nissan/Toyota/Mazda/etc. instead of the Big Three.
