OK, I said that in anger, and it’s hyperbole.

But “guts” is a relative term, and he had more guts…or at least, initiative…than somebody who just cheerleads. Even though his goal was horrible and evil.

“having guts” is not a relative terem. at least not in this country.
describing mcveigh as someone who has the “guts’ to commit heinous terror acts can only be interpreted as subtle praise for the s.o.b.
comparing him to glenn beck is ridiculous.
mcveigh is nothing but a terrorist madman killer. having ‘guts’ and initiative are very inappropriate ways to refer to him.
