Yeah, I’ve seen enough to be certain in my opinion that stricter regulations are needed for these things. I don’t need to be convinced of that. But a kid with a broken back…?

He fell off an overpass, and when he wouldn’t get up they tased him and kept tasing him. 19 times.

Explain to me how a kid with a broken back, who can’t move his lower body at all, presented such a imminent threat that he needed to be tased— for lying on the ground.

And then ‘needed to be’ tased 18 more times.
