Off this particular topic: I have a tip for ya, to unclog drains. Not Cookbook material, but maybe for your blog.

Cheap, easy, effective, and non-toxic. Also much easier on your plumbing.

Put one tablespoon or more of baking soda down the drain. Then, one cup or more of white vinegar down the drain.

Let that work for five minutes, then dump one tea pot of boiling water down the drain. Works like a charm.
