I agree with this. Conservative economics is a bunch of bullshit. Ironically the Republican presidents that were probably best at managing the economy were ones like Eisenhower. The problem is today to be an economic conservative today in Republican politics, you have to oppose all tax increases, support all tax cuts, and support any cuts to “entitlements.”
