Yes, that’s exactly what it is - Calvin pissing on the name of Allah in Arabic.

Muslims actually believe Allah and God are the same entity. They differ from Christians in that they believe that Jesus walked the earth and was a prophet(like Mohammed was), but just not that he was the son of god. So pissing on Allah is also pissing on God. I don’t expect people who think one is okay and the other not would ever understand that and won’t try to explain it to them, but there it is.
