Argybargy is abstract uncountable and does not take the plural form.
Seriously though, I’d be hard pressed to find a non-regional British word that wouldn’t be understood by, and find use in, Australasia. Same would go for most US vernacular, though a lot of that comes down to the dominance of the popular entertainment space.
On the other hand, from the lands down under, we could begin with “bogan” and “hoon”.
Argybargies are what the English called the Argentinians during the Falklands squabble. I know because I was TDY to RAF Mildenhall during the entire thing.
