This is where you have to reject the whole framing of the “argument”. Is he stating that anyone with an arrest record is outlaw and can be killed on sight? Because I’d bet a lot of those bubbas have seen the inside of the county lockup. It’s only those with a certain…quality.

ETA: To take this further, is he suggesting that anyone who has violated gun laws can be shot on sight?

They did not know who he was and at the time he was engaged in the perfectly legal act of jogging. So any prior arrest is irrelevant. The Trayvon Martin case has emboldened all these racists itching to kill African-Americans.
