It is not up to President Obama to allow access to his birth certificate. He has no authority over that certificate. Birthers have an issue with Hawaiian policy (which seems to be the policy of other states, including California where I was born) of not giving direct access to long form birth certificates.

Obama should build a time machine and provide video evidence of his birth. And that would be simple. All you need to build a time machine is a pack of bubble gum, a Nintendo NES, some bat guano, and a Delorian. Because he wont take these simple steps it is clear he was born in Kenya or wherever.///
