Guess even Chubb or its subsidiaries decided that Trump was too much of a risk to underwrite a bond covering that huge amount of money owed, because Trump cannot put up the cash to cover it. He doesn’t have sufficient cash and he doesn’t have unencumbered properties either. He’s mortgaged to the gills.
